ICN has experienced and competent employees that can help your organisation identify training and development needs, assist with the development and implementation of skills development plans, conduct skills audits and competence analysis.
ICN has been involved in a variety of projects such as course and qualification design, implementing quality assurance systems and assessment practices.
The Managing Director of ICN has also been appointed as an External Verifier (EV) for NEBS Management, and City & Guilds accredited centres, that offer international qualifications in South Africa.
The role of the EV is quality assure assessment and ETD practices, and to consult and advise centres on best practice.

ICN has strong international links with the National Vocational Framework in the United Kingdom, and is an approved centre to offer a variety of City of Guilds (London) International Awards.
All ICN practices are based on a holistic competence-based approach. Emphasis is placed on acquiring relevant skills. All the knowledge and behavioural attributes required are included as foundational competence in all education, training and development programmes. This approach will ensure that learners are able to apply skills and knowledge.
